A difficult sale
I was given excellent support from Rebecca Haydn and Edward Steel from the time I made first contact. Their fees were clearly outlined including for extra work if necessary. We suffered two sale falls-through , one unfortunate and the other in my opinion a time-waster which were charged accordingly. The difficulties in the chain were eventually overcome and we exchanged contracts satisfactorily.

House Purchase
Ed and Rebecca have been amazing, they have been proactive throughout the transaction; chased the other side when needed and kept us informed during the whole process. Whilst it was very stressful period they make it very easy and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely use in the future and recommend to family and friends. Thank you again.
