Efficient service
Martin Tolehurst, and Charlotte Farrant, were extremely prompt in dealing with all conveyancing matters in respect of the sale of my property. Even though the buyer’s solicitors were far slower, it was clear - not just from Charlotte’s reassurances but by sight of email exchanges - that any delays were not due to Martin Tolehurst. I’d recommend.

Great Service
Martin Tolhurst were really good helping us buy a house. They took us through the information from the searches, helping where we needed an indemnity from the vendor, and then exchanged really quickly once everything was agreed. We'd definitely use again.

Excellent Service
My sale was somewhat protracted and difficult owing to being shared ownership. Charlotte was extremely helpful and patient with regard to having to explain certain elements of the sale to me. I am grateful for the continued communication and friendly service. I would highly recommend.
