Charlotte joined the Firm in November 2020 and she is based at our Sittingbourne Office. She specialises in shared ownership transactions, Discounted Market Schemes, Help to Buy transactions and standard Freehold and Leasehold transactions. Charlotte qualified in March 2019 having worked in conveyancing since graduating from the University of Surrey in 2014. She has worked in various locations, in differing roles over the years from Kent to Central London before making her way back to leafy county 3 years ago. She undertook the CILEx Fast Track course and exams whilst working full-time and completed these with a distinction.

I have given a 5 star review as I have had the privilege of Charlotte Farrant working on three separate purchases on properties through a Limited company for us. Charlotte has been so professional, efficient and prompt in responding to all queries and has managed to getting us successfully to completion on all three purchases. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with her and should we purchase any more properties in the future I would defiantly use Martin Tolhurst.

The move was stressful because of unexpected necessities but it was all handled very capably and professionally by my solicitor. I felt the service that she (Charlotte Farrant) gave was excellent. Efficient service

Martin Tolehurst, and Charlotte Farrant, were extremely prompt in dealing with all conveyancing matters in respect of the sale of my property. Even though the buyer’s solicitors were far slower, it was clear - not just from Charlotte’s reassurances but by sight of email exchanges - that any delays were not due to Martin Tolehurst. I’d recommend.

Charlotte is the most amazing Solicitor. She is professional, attentive and organised. My situation was complicated with the added issue of me living on the other side of the world, but Charlotte didn't make this an issue. She would always reply as soon as she could and work to have the answers for me. This saved all the back and forth. I cannot reccomend Charlotte enough she is truly an asset to Martin Tolhurst at Sittingbourne.
