Service
From day one I was treated with the up most respect and compassion I was able to discuss my case in detail and depth even in short notice phone calls where returned if Katie / Shelley was unable to talk straight away I was kept upto date at all times and advised as what to do next which put my mind at ease I can’t thank Katie / Shelley and staff enough thank you sills and Betteridge for having a great team

Excellent service in every way possible. Gone over and beyond!!
Katie is an absolute gem. She was there for me when it seemed like the whole world was against me.
I have dealt with many other money grabbing firms in the past and can categorically state that Sills and Betteridge are not one of them.
They genuinely seem to care about their clients and they are extremely reasonably priced as their clients wellbeing seems to be their priority.
Katie is extremely knowledgeable and 100% goes over and beyond.
She facilitated an incredible barrister Mr Cranmer-Brown to represent me on a case against my ex.
I had lost all hope in life needless to say (I was under the impression that Jhonny Depp was the first a last person to win a case like this🤣) , but against all odds, WE WON!!
I am picking up my pieces and I owe my life to this firm and the incredible barrister Mr Cranmer-Brown.

Legal advice during Police investigation
Katie was amazing , she went through the process of the interview and explained the best way to conduct myself when being questioned and the best way to introduce my pre written statement.So putting me at ease and because of this the interview went really well and had the best end result I could have wished for, thanks for being there.

Criminal matter
This company have been absolutely fabulous in all ways they took on my case after 3 years of been with a other company where I was told I was going jail for a very long time for no apparent reason has I was innocent… So the full team got on this matter for me for over a year they all ways was on the other side of the phone letters emails of every thing & court case that was happening On my behalf has it been going on years…. They even went has far with me liveing over 2 hours away on some occasions deal with it in my absence,I just like thank the full team for all the help advice & when the day came for a not guilty on all accounts has I was fully innocent…They new it ruined my life & had some mental health issues over wot the other company get doing over the 3 years been with them….. U will truly never find any where better at all & treated like a real client not a criminal….. If ever in my life I need any more legal representative I be using this company or friend’s family need owt they been given from me this company….
