Deciding to sell two houses and buy another in three months is not a small undertaking.
From the moment we engaged with Leanne I can honestly say her service, communication, speed, diligence and professionalism has been second to none.
In particular I really appreciated the level of availability Leanne afforded us, I was always able to speak with her and she always had time for me. Responses to requests came back at lightning speed and she chased other elements of the chain constantly.
I have not had a service as good as Leanne’s in all the times I have bought or sold houses, should I be in the need of conveyancing again, there are no others in consideration.

Fantastic Conveyancing Solicitors
Both Leanne and Katie were extremely quick and communicative throughout the whole process. They were keeping us consistently up to date and were always happy to respond quickly to any queries we had. Despite the changing interest rates meaning we unfortunately bothered them with a second mortgage offer to process, they were extremely friendly and accommodating with it.
So I would completely recommend Foort Tayler for any conveyancing!

Consistent professional service
The sale took many months to complete due to difficulties at the property site.
The first buyer pulled out days before completion and the ultimate buyer took several months before the purchase could proceed. Despite these difficulties Leanne Smith gave prompt advice and assisted with documentation when necessary.

Really helpful in house selling
I had the unenviable task of selling my dad’s house for him & was dreading it as last time I’d sold a house it was a nightmare!!
Foort Taylor were fantastic and I couldn’t believe how easy the process was. They kept me up to date with what was going on & never minded my questions.
The whole process was done and dusted in just over 3 months, so thank you!

So pleased we chose Leanne
Leanne is a fabulous conveyancer. She dealt with the sale of our house brilliantly. When you are in a chain of properties it's easy to see which people have got the best conveyancers since the poor ones hold up the chain. This was not the case with Leanne - she was always ahead of the game and communicated with us through every step. Even our estate agents praised us on our choice. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a less stressful moving experience.

Amazing solicitors
We have been incredibly fortunate to use the services of Foort Taylor and in particular Leanne Smith who from the onset has been professional, relatable and ultra efficient. I was recommended to this solicitor and I can honestly say I would not hesitate employ the services of this company again. From start to finish they have kept us up to speed and we could have asked no more!
If you want a solicitors that do what they say then please do not hesitate to use them, my only regret is that I did not find them earlier!

Excellent support
Leanne was very helpful from day one right up to our completion date. She was quick in responding to all our queries and provided advice on things we were unsure about as this was our first time buying a home. She pointed out things in the contract we should be aware of and she also kept us up to date though out the whole process.
