With a bit of a rocky start at the Mapperley branch, I was transferred to the Beeston branch with Sandy overseeing my house purchase and the service improved dramatically and was fantastic.
I cannot thank Sandy and the Beeston branch enough, they were very helpful guiding me through the process and were available for questions over the phone when needed. Very professional group of people and made my property purchase as stress free as possible.
Highly recommend this branch.
