Isabella joined the Residential Property department in 2021 as a Paralegal and Assistant to Elizabeth Hopkins. She now works as an integral part of Karen Hall's Property team alongside Lucy Crossland. She helps clients with their various property transactions from residential sales and purchases to remortgages and transfers of equity, as well as everything in between to ensure a successful completion. Isabella enjoys being part of a hard-working team whose focus is on helping their clients to progress through their transaction as calmly and smoothly as possible. Prior to joining Parker Bullen, Isabella gained a BA Classical Studies degree from University of Reading in 2009 and then went on to join what was known as Whitehead Vizard LLP as an Admin Assistant in 2014. Following a progression to becoming a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing in November 2015, she then began the Specialist Paralegal Qualification in Residential Conveyancing with Central Law Training in November 2018, qualifying in March 2020, just before Whitehead Vizard LLP merged with Sampson Coward LLP.

Purchase of Property - Conveyancing on behalf of a Buyer
Karen, Lucy and Issy gave me excellent help, advice and support during my recent purchase of a property. People friendly solicitors!
We were a bit nervous about dealing with solicitors as we were first time buyers with no idea of what was expected. We were so pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Karen, Issy and the team were all so wonderfully helpful, friendly and understanding of our questions. Any change requests were met with a "can do attitude". All communications from them were written in plain English (bar the actual deeds which is only to be expected as formal legal document and any questions were answered swiftly by the team).
Thank you Parker Bullen for a stress free home buy. I highly recommend this team!

Highly recommend
I would highly recommend using Parker Bullen, even more so Issy. We instructed Parker Bullen to pay back our Target equity loan. The process was quick and easy with everything being sent via email or editable documents. A special thank you to Issy who was extremely professional and quick in replying to my emails. On the day of completion we had issues with the bank (Halifax) however Issy kept me updated all the way through and even though under pressure due to the time limit we managed to complete on time. If it wasn't for her I don't think we would of completed. don't hesitate to use Parker Bullen
