Professional Service with a Human Touch

5

From the first contact some 6 years' ago until finalising my claim, the team at Wolferstans have been superb. In particular, Holly Bowditch and Emily Self were so professional, empathetic and understanding of my situation and how they could help. They applied a 'human touch' and were patient in explaining the issues arising in my claim. Their advice was clear and timely and their communication via 'phone, email, letter and TEAMS was exemplary. I always felt informed and they never pressurised me when I had a decision to take. I would wholeheartedly recommend Wolferstans, who guided me through the process and helped me reach a successful conclusion to my claim.
