Great Service

Re mortgage of property
I struggled with the onboarding but Pepperalls were most helpful and got me through it. The whole re mortgage has been very straightforward, seamless and quick.

Very competent and dedicated service
Kayleigh was absolutely fantastic throughout the process, representing us for both a property sale and purchase. She was highly responsive and helped keep things moving along. She was also helpful in dealing with difficult requests from the buyer and communicated with the sellers' solicitors to help get my keys released when there was a hold up on the day of completion.

Sale of Property
I wanted to thank both Kayleigh and Lauren Behrsing for doing a great job in making the sales process, which is often complex and stressful, to run as efficiently as is possible.

Apartament Purchase
The firm was good, it handled the sale but due to the complexity of the leasehold, there was a few items that weren’t clear. Kayleigh and her team did her best to get the purchase over the line, at a reasonable price. More regular updates would have improved the experience.
