A reliable conveyancing solicitor
I was recommended B&B by a solicitor who I used before for another matter. They responded to my enquired immediately. Then gave me a quote quickly with the details that I supplied. I had already got a quote from a local solicitors my estate agent had recommended, but B&B’s was fairer. There is an app which you down load to keep abreast of the process, but if you have an issue or something is not clear they are quick to respond to help you. Everything went very well with the sale of my flat and I would happily recommend them.

Outstanding!
AMAZING! Gabriella Rinaldi-Clarke handled my sale and purchase with such professionalism, efficiency and expertise. I truly don't think I could have coped with the stress of the process without having Gabriella's first hand knowledge and reassurance from day one right through to the end which was a case of up against time! I truly am grateful to have had her working on my file. The attention to detail from her was second to none. Each email was answered very quickly, not that I had to send many as there was no need to! The house I was purchasing had some issues with title deeds and I truly thought this purchase would never happen but her tenacity to resolve this issue was simply outstanding. I'm forever grateful to Gabriella and of course, I highly recommend. Just like to add that Gab literally had a space of 90 seconds to complete my exchange window due to delays in the chain below but she absolutely did it with seconds to spare. Thank you so much.

Property Conveyance
All of the staff at Bookers and Bolton were brilliant. Gabriella took on our case and ensured the process happened smoothly. She was easy to contact and give understandable legal advice that made us aware of each part of the process. We had direct contact with her and she answered questions professionally in a timely manner.

Patience - Top Class Service
After selling just after Easter and 3 properties down due to sellers wasting time and actually not ready to move or properties not habitatable after survey report (please please carry out surveys) myself and my wife cannot fault the service of Dawn or Kate or even the entire team at Bookers & Bolten. They acted fast efficiently and kept us update the whole way even when the top part of chain announces a deadline due to mortgage offer expiring. Dawn and Kate made this happen - Dawn & Kate - THANK YOU your service was absolutely top notch, 1st Class we highly recommend Dawn, Kate and Team BAB.

Excellent Service
I was given regular updates and never had to wait long for a reply to an email or query. Very professional and helpful and got the job done even though there were some frustrating moments.

Selling in Newbury and Purchasing in Exmouth
We used Bookers & Bolton (Gabriella and Cindy) for both the Selling of our house in Newbury and the Purchase in Exmouth and the process was very good from start to finish and we were kept informed of all issues / updates etc. and they also answered all our questions promptly.
So, a big thank you to all the team for your help and assistance with the smooth process of selling and buying which we all know can be very stressful !!

First class service!
Cindy and Gabriella were amazing during my recent house sale. We had a bumpy ride with unecessary and last minute documentation requests from the buyers solicitor (like days from completion which meant a delay of a month on the house sale) and three completion dates before we got over the line, but they never relaxed and sat back. They chased, problem solved and pushed back with the other parties, in short they really fought our corner and tenacious doesn't even come close to describing their approach! They were super responsive and very detailed in their communication so we knew exactly what was happening throughout the whole process. Both went over and above what I would have expected and my Estate Agent even said that their level of communication and speedy response is not the usual thing they see from solicitors! If I ever want to sell/buy again I absolutely would use Bookers and Bolton without hesitation!
