I found both Ash and Esther to be of great help and professional in their dealings with the task which I set them. No matter what questions or help I required they dealt with the matters in hand even at short notice. Family
My family’s case took over a year and it wasn’t straightforward. We worked with Ash from abroad, during the lockdown, few waves of pandemic and Brexit. It was stressful and frustrating due to the ever changing circumstances but Ash was always there for us, ready to run an extra mile, supportive with her knowledge and just simply very human. I felt secure and supported. We will always remain grateful for the amount of work she put to help us. Thank you!
