Help re sale of my flat
McKeag & Co. did a good job on all aspects. My only slight problem at the beginning was that it took them nearly 3 weeks to 'process my information' at the beginning which meant a little bit of a delay. This could have been due to staffing problems I really don't know. Otherwise Sarah Stanley and all at McKeag did a great job for me and finalised everything promptly during the process of enquiries etc. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone who needs conveyancing work done.

House sale and purchase
We used McKeag and Co for both a house sale and a house purchase. Our house purchase had been complicated by additional legal issues, which Sarah helped us navigate, and she repeatedly went out of her way to ensure we could complete as soon as possible (supported by a Partner, Chris Thompson, who turned around documentation on a Saturday to speed things along!). Our house sale was straightforward, and we completed in under 2 months, thanks to Megan's proactiveness. Both Sarah and Megan were incredibly responsive and proactive and I would recommend the firm wholeheartedly.
