Extremely professional and proactive
Melanie Williams was extremely approachable and contactable. She proactively kept me up to date with the process of my property sale. I did not have to ‘chase’ her, she was forthcoming in her communications with me. She is extremely competent and professional. I would recommend Melanie without reservation.

First class service
Highly recommend Hallmark Hulme and Melanie Williams in particular who is brilliant. We had a challenging purchase process due to a septic tank issue at the property but Melanie was on hand to provide advice and ensured we made the completion date just in time. It was refreshing to deal with a firm who you are able to speak to on the phone / respond to your email quickly and you actually feel are on your side!
