Powers of Attorney
I suppose that Lasting Powers of Attorney are very much 'run of the mill' for professionals but we were seen through ours in a friendly, easy way. We needed a home visit and that was very happily arranged.

This turned out to be a complex matter spanning three years and not helped by the taxman. Nevertheless we were provided with a very competent, efficient and professional service which meant that the executors always had confidence in the management of the settlement of the estate.
