The service provided was absolutely exceptional and if you’re looking for a solicitor who goes above and beyond, look no further! From day one the communication was amazing, always available to answer any questions and addressed any concerns I had with a calming manner making the process totally stress free. Matt and Steph were very helpful and professional when expediting my recent sale. It was particularly difficult for me because I had already moved away and so could have felt out of the loop. However, Matt was very diligent in chasing up parties and keeping me advised, until he was able to give me the news "We've completed".

Amazing! Would highly recommend and will using again!
As first-time buyers, my partner and I were understandably nervous about the process of buying our first home, but working with Matthew and his assistant, Ella, has made all the difference. Our broker recommended Matthew to us, and I’m so, so glad we followed that advice!
From start to finish, Matthew and Ella were incredible. They kept us fully updated throughout every step, guiding us patiently through the whole process and taking the time to answer all our questions, no matter how small. Incredibly, we completed within 10 weeks of putting in our offer—something I never thought would happen so smoothly. It’s clear that Matthew and Ella work tirelessly for their clients, and despite their busy schedules, we always felt we had their full attention.
I honestly cannot thank them both enough for their hard work, efficiency, and kindness. I’ll absolutely be using them for any future needs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a solicitor. Thank you both for making our first home purchase such a positive experience!

Excellent service for house sale

Matt Watson, house purchase
I engaged with this company in order to have legal representation for the purchase of a property and also, to support with the buy out of an existing property.
Matt Watson was appointed as my solicitor to act on my behalf and I have been blown away by his dedication, support and timeliness throughout the whole process.
Matt completely went above and beyond throughout. He was always available for me to ask (mostly silly) questions and nothing was ever too much trouble. Having never purchased a house alone before, some of the documentation and requirements for me were confusing. Matt answered all of my questions promptly with nothing but support and reassurance.
In addition to this, I know that Matt also worked outside of his business hours to progress my case. There were a lot of moving parts with my particular case as I had my purchase as well as needing to be bought out of my current property. Matt made the synchronisation between parties look like an absolute breeze. I was always kept up to speed with any movements on my case and I even had documentation completed and sent to me for signing on a Sunday! I know for certain that not many solicitors would do the same.
In the end, the whole process took about 8 weeks which to me, is a huge achievement. Matt has exceeded my expectations at every stage and I can't thank him enough for his time, patience and support throughout what is quite a stressful event!
I would come back and use this company, and specifically Matt, every single time it was required and would have no hesitation in recommending him to family and friends.
