We sign up to the full consultancy package and it is the best thing we decided to do. The regular Newsletters keep us up to date with all the recent changes and help us to be pro-active in planning ahead with our business model. In addition to this the documents service provides everything you need in one place and are very straight forward to follow. However, the most important part for us is the consultancy. Kerry is always available to offer advice regardless how trivial and when it comes to the crunch, who else would you want in your corner. The Authority on Costs and Litigation Funding
Kerry Underwood's expertise in the field of costs and legal funding needs no introduction.

Kerry is great and very helpful. He is the go-to guy when you need sound advice and direction, especially in contentious cases. His knowledge of costs related matters is second-to-none.
One of the thing that impresses about Kerry is that nothing is "sugar coated". He is very straight forward and tells it like it is which is just what we need.

Kerry's knowledge in respect of costs is second to none and he is always available to address any issues we have regardless how trivia they may seem. He also delivers his services in an easy to follow manner and even manages to make the less enjoyable topics entertaining.

"We are a firm of solicitors in South Wales, who act solely on behalf of Personal Injury Claimants. Kerry Underwood began carrying out consultancy for us in early 2013 with the abolition of the recoverability of success fees and ATE insurance premiums looming on the horizon.
