A Conveyancer who protects their Client
I recently engaged Samed Abdi from Smart Legal for conveyancing service as a "First Time Buyer". While the transaction ultimately did not complete, I was highly impressed with their professionalism, honest advice, and thorough approach.
Throughout the process, Samed Abdi, provided clear and timely communication, ensuring I was fully informed at every stage. He identified critical discrepancies in the lease agreement from the Management company and highlighted the vague valuation criteria for the affordable housing unit—issues that could have had significant implications down the line. Samed's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to protecting my interests ultimately helped me make an informed decision.
Despite the frustration of the transaction not proceeding, I am grateful for his expertise in flagging these concerns early on and throughout each stage. Samed provided sound legal advice, and ensured that I was not entering into an agreement with potential long-term risks.

Sale of Leasehold Flat
Samed Abdi was our case handler throughout. At all times he was accessible, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, communicative, conscientious, and prompt, with meticulous attention to detail. I particularly liked the regular weekly updates. Our sale was less than straightforward and Samed overcame the various obstacles in a cool, calm, thoughtful manner. Samed was absolutely outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and super easy to deal with. Outstanding communication throughout. Things got done so quickly and with great efficiency. Samed personally made the whole process very smooth and easy for a first time buyer, explaining everything in detail throughout. When difficulties arose, he was calm, clear, and carefully navigated these for me. I cannot recommend him highly enough. You would be very lucky to have Samed as your lawyer throughout your home buying / selling process.
