Absolutely incredible from start to finish. 10/10
Rachel Straughan has been absolutely incredible from start to finish. I’ve heard some horror stories from other people using surveyance solicitors but that certainly wasn’t an issue with Rachel. This was the first time I’ve bought a house so I wasn’t sure how it would go but she has kept me updated throughout the entire process, she explained everything to me & was always there on the phone / email to answer any queries I had straight away, and she got everything completed much quicker than I thought it would be. Rachel was proactive throughout the entire process, driving the chain and heading off issues before they became a problem. Cannot speak more highly, moving house is stressfull but not so much when Rachel is on the case. Thank you!
