I am a corporate commercial solicitor within the Business Team advising on a variety of areas, including corporate restructuring, shareholder agreements, the sale and purchase of companies, alteration to share classes, company articles of association, partnerships, commercial contracts, and more. When working with clients, I take a focused approach to understanding the unique needs and challenges of their business. Clients appreciate my professionalism and efficiency, as well as my ability to adapt to changes throughout the project. From a young age, I was fascinated by the unusual rules and laws imposed on individuals. As I grew, I deepened my understanding of its role in shaping societal behaviour and its ability to adapt to changing views. I’m fascinated by the law’s power to influence liberty, livelihood, and private life. I take great satisfaction in helping clients navigate their legal challenges and providing tailored solutions to achieve their personal and professional goals. I previously volunteered as a money advisor at Ipswich Housing Action Group, providing debt advice to the homeless and low-income families. I also served as an Independent Custody Inspector for the Suffolk Police and Crime Commissioner, ensuring compliance with the Police and Criminal Evidence Act. These roles placed me in positions of trust where I was advocating for individuals, including vulnerable adults and minors.
