The team at Priory have been brilliant over the past 18 months, helping us to extend our lease, sell our house and buy a new house! The selling/buying process was long and painful due to a buyer pulling out and everyone else’s solicitors being a bit useless - but Priory were brilliant every step of the way and we were so glad to have them on our team! They are very approachable and friendly, and were really helpful looking into an extra issue that cropped up that wasn’t really part of their remit. We are so, so glad we used Priory - we now live at the opposite end of the country but I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!! Thank you Priory :)

First class service!
We have used Priory Law for the sale of our property. We can highly recommend the whole firm and in particular Ryan, who went above and beyond, always available to answer any questions or queries we had, even out of hours!

Excellent legal company and staff. Dealt with our house purchase.
Priory Law was a great company to work with. They helped us complete on our house purchase. The sale/purchase was more of a complicated process than normal. Priory Law took care of everything and went beyond the call of duty to get our completion. We was very impressed and thankful. We would highly recommend them to others.

Elderly Transition
We were very grateful for the way in which we were guided through moves from family home to a downsize bungalow and after 6 years the next step to an over 55’s apartment. In our 80’s; Ryan was always there to receive our calls including after hours and worked hard to make our moves as stress free as possible.
I am a retired Fellow of The RICS and have spent most of my working life in the construction industry dealing with solicitors on house sales and other issues. Ryan stands out well in my experience.

Great people, delivered a professional service
We engaged Priory Law ti help us with conveyancing our house. Ryan was personable, proactive and quick to sort things out as they arose. With him and Amy they both provided an excellent service which continued for quite some time after the job was done without hesitation. All at a very competitive price too. Would use them again, no question. need to sort out the App though, that didn’t really help which we’d hoped it would.

Purchase & sale of property
Great communications, Very thorough with searches on purchase property, we were tying up the purchase of 2 properties so Priory Law made it much more achievable.
