Very efficient
Initially very efficient administration, although didn’t check they were on the panel of lender until very close to exchange which ultimately delayed matters.

Thank you for your feedback Alison. We are pleased the service provided was efficient. Lenders often bring these challenges to many conveyancing transactions as their requirements continuously change. Although we were on the panel for the lender, their migration to a digital portal, without any notification to us, resulted in a new application for membership being required. Such events allow us to learn and re-align our internal practices to monitor panel status regularly to avoid such issues going forward.

Great experience

Outstanding service

Excellent legal company and staff. Dealt with our house purchase.
Priory Law was a great company to work with. They helped us complete on our house purchase. The sale/purchase was more of a complicated process than normal. Priory Law took care of everything and went beyond the call of duty to get our completion. We was very impressed and thankful. We would highly recommend them to others.

Elderly Transition
We were very grateful for the way in which we were guided through moves from family home to a downsize bungalow and after 6 years the next step to an over 55’s apartment. In our 80’s; Ryan was always there to receive our calls including after hours and worked hard to make our moves as stress free as possible.
I am a retired Fellow of The RICS and have spent most of my working life in the construction industry dealing with solicitors on house sales and other issues. Ryan stands out well in my experience.
