I only wish I had contacted them sooner.
I have been working with Nicola for nearly two years now and I can't rate her (and her team) highly enough. She is expertly guiding me through an incredibly difficult time and has been invaluable throughout the process. Nicola is friendly, approachable, understanding and compassionate, in addition to having extensive experience and knowledge. Nicola is honest and can be direct but in the kindest and most helpful way. Working with Nicola is a collaborative experience, she listens to what I have to say and honours my views and then we work together to find the best way forward. She has always made time for me in times of uncertainty or worry and made sure that I was reassured and clear on next steps, which is particularly appreciated since I struggle with anxiety. Initial consultation
I recently had an initial consultation via zoom with Nicola. I was apprehensive about it at first but she quickly put me at ease and allowed me to explain my situation in my own time. Nicola was able to explain my options and how the process would work. I was able to discuss my options and decide the best way forward based on my circumstances. I would recommend Nicola to anyone needing help with a seperation.

Initial meeting with Nicola
When life changes course for one reason or another, we can find ourself looking for a lawyer that will have our best interest at the fore front at all times.
This process can be very daunting.
I found myself in one of those life changing courses.
Scullion Law was my choice of Lawyer Firms.
This is where I met Nicola Buchanan.
Nicola was friendly professional, and at the same time treated me with kindness.
Nicola listened to what I thought was the best way moving forward in my situation. She never judged, but gently would offer her expertise advice (which was always the correct way).

Overseas custody advice
I was extremely apprehensive prior to the call due to my situation but Nicola was particularly friendly whilst professional which made for a decidedly productive session. She was able to put me at ease fairly quickly and guide me through what would be expected in the Scottish Courts and offer advice on what I should currently be doing in my situation. She took time to answer my questions extensively and didn’t leave the call until she had covered everything I had asked. She also left the door open for further advice in the future if it was required. I would Highly recommend her services to anyone.

Knowledgeable support
It's early days in my association with Nicola (and Scullion Law) but our first appointment went very well with professional, caring support for my family issue. Divorce
I found Nicola to be very helpful and very easy to talk to. She helped me navigate the various challenges in my divorce proceedings in a sympathetic and informative way. Divorce
Made my tricky divorce easy. My original lawyer became sick and I had to switch mid divorce but Nicola made the transition smooth. Also continued to chase my husband’s team when they weren’t always as quick at responding
