Top class
I have worked with Nicola for some time now and she has expertly guided me through several hearings and then was able to help me settle the case out of court. I can't recommend Nicola more highly. She is excellent at what she does, she had my back 100% and did all she could to protect me and she actively listened to me and believed what I was telling her, which was crucial. In addition, she is super supportive and just generally a genuinely lovely human. With Nicola's guidance and expertise, she managed to secure the best case outcome for my situation right now. Service provided by Nicola Buchanan and team
Nicola and her team have provided excellent service and guidance in respect of the ongoing child access case. It has been a difficult journey to achieve access to the children and Nicola has been there every step of the way. Her negotiating skills have been excellent and she has dealt with every aspect of these discussions both in court and with the opposite side's solicitor.
I would highly recommend Nicola for any aspect of access to children/child welfare needs.

Excellent service

I only wish I had contacted them sooner.
I have been working with Nicola for nearly two years now and I can't rate her (and her team) highly enough. She is expertly guiding me through an incredibly difficult time and has been invaluable throughout the process. Nicola is friendly, approachable, understanding and compassionate, in addition to having extensive experience and knowledge. Nicola is honest and can be direct but in the kindest and most helpful way. Initial consultation
I recently had an initial consultation via zoom with Nicola. I was apprehensive about it at first but she quickly put me at ease and allowed me to explain my situation in my own time. Nicola was able to explain my options and how the process would work. I was able to discuss my options and decide the best way forward based on my circumstances. I would recommend Nicola to anyone needing help with a seperation.
