Child Welfare and resolution in the childrens' best interests.

Wonderful support

Put My Mind At Ease

Nicola is quite simply amazing
I honestly don’t know where to start here, I started speaking with Nicola after having 2 previous solicitors dealing with my case and from the first call I knew she was the perfect one to use. I had separated from my ex partner who was restricting contact with my son. Nicola was amazing from start to finish and felt like she was my therapist, lawyer and friend all rolled into one. Her knowledge and understanding of my situation and feelings with her ability to keep me calm and level headed during this process has been nothing short of remarkable. I strongly believe I would not have got the positive result I have with any other lawyer and without Nicolas support I don’t think I would have had the nerves to go to court which was unfortunately required in my case. I thank Nicola from the bottom of my heart for what she has done for me and my son and would recommend anyone needing help to use her.

Advice on access to children following separation
Nicola has been extremely professional and helpful throughout our dealings with her. Her experience of the courts and law has been very helpful in reaching a conclusion to date and achieving a satisfactory interim solution. She has a very good way of negotiating solutions to issues arising. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

This was the first time since my separation that someone has given me clear information about the options that lie ahead of me during this most difficult and stressful period. Nicola was amazing, so helpful and the advice I received was really clear and constructive.

Professional and caring solicitor
