outstanding
I recently got myself involved in a major road traffic situation where i was facing a 5 year ban I had Kris buchanan present as my lawyer who is truly outstanding at his work i managed to keep my licence and walked away with only 6 points and a fine which was truly nothing short of outstanding work from him he is a miracle worker. Scullion law firm are exceptionally professional and i cant recommend them enough.

Fantastic Service & Result
I had a road traffic incident along with another charge involving my ex partner. The case was on paper very simple and I was fearing the worst for my driving license and criminal record in general. This caused severe stress and depression on me.
I quickly contacted Scullion Law who then introduced me to Kristopher Buchanan who from the very start was in constant contact on my every question even when I was in a bad state of mind and full of worry he reassured me and kept me calm throughout the time period leading up to court.
I spoke with Kris many times and he advised me excellently even when I did not think some decisions were the best I put my trust in Kris and went with what he felt necessary to get me the best result possible. As I said, on paper this was a simple case to the courts but there was a much deeper reasonsing behind the charges which Kris fully took on board and worked with me to get the fullest picture possible. Kris is a result caring a good hearted man who has even answered my question and kept me reassured even outside of office hours. The day of court he arrived and immediately put me at ease and his performance was amazing and he secured me a great outcome which I am very pleased about. I have been able to keep my driving license and can now keep my employment as travelling to and from my workplace would have been near impossible without my car. I would use Kris again. He really does care about you as an individual and doesn't give up on you. I feel he went that extra mile that other lawyers may not have done. Thanks again.

Superb
Kris Buchanan. What can I say, I was advised you were the best. A spade is a spade, you took me through a rollercoaster of a journey but you delivered just like my initial phone call with you, prepare for the worst, I did. Patricia, Kris’s secretary was one in a million took me through the jargon, like the emails you receive “help Patricia” - reply “we have your back”. Such a professional firm & to believe I was going into a court like something out the movies 🤣. Scullion Law, phenomenal. Liz you were absolutely right to recommend your dedicated, friendly, local solicitors, I thank you from my heart for your advice.

1st class
Having found myself in very bad situation following an rta at work, I needed an excellent law firm to look after me. Having no previous brushes with the law I was lost as to where to look, but after reading reviews online, I choose to go with Scullion law.
I could not have made a better choice, Michael and Kris looked after me very well indeed and delivered an unbelievable result under the circumstances.

Full Case Review
I recently had a court case that was undertaken by one Mr Kris Buchanan.
To begin with the plan laid out did not go in the favour or myself and Mr Buchanans hopes, this left myself deflated and feeling a bit lost at sea in the meantime! I will admit however the outstanding work carried out by Mr Buchannan did indeed gain the first original outcome I was looking for in relation to my case! Once this was achieved it allowed me to direct Mr Buchanan further on what I wanted to be the outcome! To which I understand this was carried out to the letter and successful gained! I cannot thank Mr Buchanan enough!
The interpersonal skills of this lawyer in how to talk to clients and out them at ease as well as finding a suitable place to await proceedings was extremely refreshing and assuring! Alongside the approachable nature of Mr Buchanan an extremely stressful situation was made very manageable!
I could not praise this firm or man enough

Couldn’t recommend enough
I was facing losing my licence and a large fine with 12 points. Kris Buchanan done an amazing job, and saved me from losing my licence which would have had a massive impact on my home life. It also saved me from losing my job. Can’t thank him enough.

So far so great
I have just retained Kris Buchanan following an informal phone consultation.
I have been very impressed at the timely response from Chris Small providing the contract and retainer details which were easy and clear to execute via e-mails and took only ten minutes.
I have also received a confirmation that the account is now live.
I am very encouraged that I will not have to chase updates and to know that I will be kept informed of the progress of my case at all times and not left in the dark wondering what if anything is happening.

Most amazing solicitor I have ever meet . ❤️ He is a star,real Hero
Kris Buchanan was dealing my case which was very complex case but he delt with great passion, logical reasoning and he is a person never give up until last minutes . Trail goes around 7hours and he make sure no store unturned. Prosecutor was very experienced and biased and very much againt of me but he make sure our side is presented properly and he play all cards on the table based on situation. He is extremely helpful , compassionate , kind ,professional, proactive and helpful since start . I can say he is asset for this organization. Turely most memorable person I have ever seen in my life . I am grateful 🙏 to him .

Faultless Experince. Start to Finish
I instructed Scullion Law Director Kris Buchanan on a dangerous driving matter which from the outset I voiced was a storm in a tea cup and entered a not guilty plea. I already had 6 points for 2 minor speeding matters and the potential outcome was a driving disqualification should I have been found guilty.
The trial for this matter came the week before I was due to start a new career for which my driving licence was required. Essentially if I lost my licence I would have lost my new career and the knock on effects of this to both me and my family would have been devastating.
Supported by Kris himself from the first contact I maintained my not guilty plea and on the day of the trial he used all his expert knowledge around Road Traffic matters and relevant case law to show the prosecution team that there was a lack of evidential proof and that proper procedures had not been followed and as a result the matter wasn’t called for trial and I was not prosecuted.
In no small way this professionalism and expert knowledge that Kris imparted coupled with his eye for detail saved my livelihood, immediate career prospects and financial well-being. It also massively reduced the health impact the stress of the matter had been causing.
He was a joy to have in my corner. His communication and style of operating were impeccable and I cannot thank him enough.
