Kate Macmillan

Associate (Duty)

Kate qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and is one of our senior advocates in the Criminal Department. She advises and assists clients in detention at the police station and if the matter proceeds to the Magistrates Court, conducting all aspects of advocacy to include bail hearings, plea, sentencing and trials. Kate line-manages a team within the Crime Department and ensures that those she supervises have the tools they need to be at their best.
