Outstanding
Sarah and Harriet provided an outstanding service. Personable and professional, prompt with communication, efficient and effective. When we faced stumbling blocks with our sale/purchase, Sarah went well beyond what we could have reasonably expected. We are very grateful and would absolutely recommend.

Helpful staff
We had a very positive experience with TF dealing with a house sale and purchase - something that can be stressful at times. Staff were always available and kind and helpful when dealing with enquiries and concerns.

Highly recommended for house sale and purchase
We were recommended TFS and specifically Sarah from a friend. We sold our old house and purchased our new house, July 2024 and the service was excellent from Sarah and Harriet. They were proactive, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, detail conscious and a whole host of other positive qualities you would want from your solicitor. I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks.

Sale of property
The team at Flavells were really great making my sale process very smooth. I would like to single out Sarah Workman and Harriet Sutton as they dealt with the sale. They were responsive and professional and kept me updated on a regular basis.
I will definitely use Flavells again for my next property sale.

Great experience
We sold and purchase a new house and we chose Thomas and Flavell as our solicitors. We had a smooth ride due to their experience and expertise. I will 100% recommend them, especially Sarah and Harriet.
