My key responsibilities are helping people plan for the future, deal with bereavement and the transition of farming partnerships from generation to generation. I love my job because it is one of the most rewarding areas of law for client interaction. I am able to guide and help my clients in what can be the most challenging time in their lives. During my undergraduate Law Degree at Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford, I achieved a First, before going on to complete my Legal Practice Course at the University of Law obtaining a Distinction grade. I am also a Dementia Friend. Like most people I enjoy spending time with friends and family, I also like travelling, finding new places to eat out and going to the gym.

Creation of trust funds.
Samuel assisted us in the creation of two trust funds. He was professional, knowledgeable , gracious and very good at keeping us informed.

Exceptional service
Birkett Long have been an exceptional firm to work with. From the outset I have encountered extremely professional, efficient, thorough, clear communicators who promptly reply to correspondence. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
I was extremely fortunate to have Samuel assisting me with my late mother's estate, mostly recently with the formation of a Trust. Samuel was extremely patient, kind, approachable, knowledgeable and empathetic as he guided me through what was quite a complicated procedure for me. Excellent would recommend
New will and POA for my husband and myself. Wills had been signed but POA started but not registered when my husband unexpectedly died. Changes to my requirements were dealt with in very supportive manner at the worst time of my life.
