Consummate professional, I rang Ringrose and left my details, then Steven returned my call. I originally called regarding a medical negligence claim, after expressing concerns over morality and in particular claiming from the nhs insurance he offered a much better solution, all I can say is he proved outrageously competent! He’s not only secured a comfortable future for my partner and I he secured a brighter future for my unborn child too. Medical Negligence
Steven has always been at the end of the phone whenever I have needed him. He has never rushed me and has always explained things fully, being very patient when complex matters needed attention. He has worked very hard, and been patient when things have been frustrating for him at times. Thank you Steven for finally resolving this matter.

Excellent service.
Steven Brooks took over my claim when it had been with another firm for more than 6 years. He very quickly got up to speed with a vast amount of documentation and had a firm grip on the facts. Within less than 6 months, a settlement had been reached. The communication was great with very clear advice and I would highly recommend both Steven and Ringrose.
