Fast & Efficient
Sheroze worked quickly helping us receive lift documentation and money owed to us from a Contractor. He used the information we supplied and quickly adapted it into legal letter(s). The letter(s) had the desired outcome and forced the contractor to supply the documentation and pay us compensation. The contractor also made a substantial contribution to our legal fees.

Feedback following conclusion of proceedings
From the initial contact to the conclusion of the action Sheroze has been a total professional. More than just legal advice his empathy and pastoral care of me and my wife do credit to him and Forbes. This action has taken many months but the conclusion turned as was as he advised it would at our very first meeting. Through some very difficult periods where our resolve was wavering his advice was always sound. Whether the contact was in person, via the telephone or via ZOOM he always left us feeling reassured bearing in mind the implications were potentially life changing.

Dispute with minority shareholders

Adjudication in Construction
I worked with Sheroze on a case that had a large claim associated, this was a complex case and required subject matter expert evidence. Sheroze provided guidance on what the case needed and together we worked to secure the expertise and to produce the expert witness reporting required.
I found that we worked really well together, Sheroze listened to the challenges put forward and provided sound advice and guidance.
I am very pleased with the case outcome and will look forward to working with Sheroze in the future regarding other client cases

Professional service
We have partnered with Forbes for many years for employment law support. This was the first time I have worked with Sheroze Nadeem and Katie Lee. We required support with a third party contract dispute and I cannot fault the service we received.
Calls or emails were returned quickly and advice was provided in an easy to understand format and we received a lot of support during the dispute. They negotiated for us and the outcome was more in our favour than it would have been without their support.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team.

Efficient service with support throughout, would recommend!
Sheroze was efficient and on my side throughout our case, which was resolved swiftly. I could discuss issues with Sheroze across phone calls and emails with timely responses. Forbes Solicitors and Sheroze Nadeem case handler review.
I don't normally write reviews but I simply must share my experience regarding Forbes Solicitors and in particular Sheroze Nadeem who dealt with my matter.
Sheroze has been absolutely brilliant, professional, hard working, knowledgeable and dedicated. I noted he worked on my case in the evenings and weekends. Absolutely outstanding communication which is lacking in other firms Ive used in the past. He calmly and effectively dealt with my matter always in a timely way. Sheroze listened attentively to my concerns and put me at ease throughout. Unfortunately in these days people/firms often follow the money. Not in Sheroze's case who was diligent and focused purely on achieving the best outcome for me. I would definitely recommend using Forbes and if you get a choice, choose Sheroze.
