Fiona Wadey
Senior Associate and Solicitor
Fiona specialises in divorce and finances and dealing with cases with multiple assets, businesses and pensions, particularly public sector pensions. Her main objective is to achieve a resolution which is pleasing to the client in a manner which respects the family relationship they once had with their former spouse and promotes the welfare of any children. Clients can expect Fiona’s full support and the benefit of her many years of experience in achieving the best outcome. She prides herself in having a realistic, no-nonsense approach and is always keen to work collaboratively in resolving disputes and to avoid using intemperate language or provocative actions which cause difficulties in resolving disputes. However, she does not tolerate conduct which is prejudicial to clients and will take a robust stance if the situation requires it. Fiona grew up in Kingsbridge, going to school there and undertaking A levels, before going on to do a law degree at the University of Birmingham 2001-2004, where she achieved a 2.1. In 2004 Fiona went to the College of Law (now the University of Law) in Birmingham to do her LPC, finishing in 2005 with a distinction. After playing hockey for almost 20 years, Fiona is now learning to play golf. She loves going for walks in the Devon countryside with her two border collies, Lass and Lana.

Family
I would like to thank you and your team in handling my case professionally and efficiently. The stark contrast between the services I received and the one my ex-wife received from her "co-op" solicitor is rather amusing if not for the serious nature of the case.
I found your firm from a solicitor comparison web site. I picked the top 4 in the country and you were one of the 2 firms that has availability to handle my case. After speaking to Fiona, I have decided to go with Tozers.
I am very pleased with the service rendered and I would not hesitate to recommend Tozers to any of my friends if they need legal advice.
