Tirza joined Compass in September 2015 as an Assistant Immigration Consultant and was promoted to Practice Manager in January 2020. Tirza’s passion lies in implementing and enforcing non-discriminatory policies, processes and procedures that comply with industry standards and guidelines. She’s committed to maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety, strictly complying with company policies while contributing to collective safety objectives. At heart, Tirza is all about forward thinking and delivering exceptional, client-centric services to ensure the utmost satisfaction. Her main areas of responsibilities are Health & Safety, Management of Administrative and Support Staff, Supplier Management, Client Retention, Account Closures, Debt Recovery and Building & Facilities management. Tirza is an animal lover and enjoys taking her 11-year-old dog on his walks. She is a lifelong student and enjoys learning new skills to expand her knowledge.
