Experience: Advised a major precision tube manufacturer in relation to the £7.5m acquisition of a key industrial, steel sector site in the Black Country; Acted for a leading technology company in connection with the disposal of its former warehouse facility in Warwickshire; Acted for a pharmaceutical sector manufacturer and distributor in connection with the lease of an extensive warehouse and distribution centre at a rent of over £1 million per annum. Alex is married with two children and spends most of her free time supporting her kids and their extra-curricular activities which usually involves watching a lot of cricket and acting as a sound engineer/roadie. Alex is also a governor at a local primary school.
