Billy, Mercy and Claudia all worked so hard to get my case sorted. I'm absolutely in awe of them all. Always on hand to offer emotional support with clear and concise advice and instructions. Highly recommended, Billy Roberts is always available to help with any queries and works efficiently, quickly and effectively to complete work in a timely manner, at all times. After being thrown into a situation which was completely alien and frightening for me, I turned to the family department of Sills and Betterage.

The team helped me through the process with their knowledge and support.

Mo Hayes has been fantastic and achieved the outcome I needed expertly and efficiently. Billy and Lauren have also been great. ( it makes such a big difference to be looked after by a well functioning and skilful team)
