Efficient and thorough.
We had used Tozers before in conveyancing, and had no hesitation in returning to them for legal advice following my husband’s death. They took away all the worry, were compassionate, as well as efficient, thorough and kept me informed throughout the probate process.

New Wills
Really pleased with the service provided. Naomi explained everything very clearly and our new Wills were drafted, signed and lodged all within three weeks. Thanks also to Vincent for stepping in at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. Would certainly use this firm again and cannot rate highly enough.

Making a Will
My husband and I were welcomed with a warm smile from the receptionist and offered a drink. The offices are really light airy and clean. Which always creates a good impression. We then met Naomi who was lovely and put us at ease. We had a great discussion about what we required. As my husband works away Naomi was excellent and had our Wills ready within a week for us to sign. We then returned and signed. Again all went really well and made to feel welcomed. I feel that this was absolutely brilliant service and would highly recommend Naomi to every one. I will certainly use Tozers for any other business.

Tozers dealt with the reviewing of our wills and the creation of a family trust as well as probate of my mother's estate. We were very satisfied with the approach which was friendly and helpful and with the way in which the legal details of the business in hand were explained.
