House Solicitors
We instructed Baker Law to help us with the purchase of our house. From the very start they were extremely helpful and attentive. Excellent service
I came to Baker Law having left a previous conveyancing solicitor because of their lack of communication and apparent lackadaisical approach to dealing with their clients questions. I was very pleased to find that my solicitor at Baker Law was very communicative, always available at the other end of the phone and dealt with the many questions I had to ask without tiring of them. I had very pleasant experience and would certainly recommend my solicitor to others.

Shona is fantastic and friendly
We had a very protracted sale and several offers fell through, but Shona was amazing throughout. When we did finally complete, the other side proved to be a very complex, multi property transaction, but Shona and her team, Natasha in particular, worked tirelessly to make sure the sale went through in a timely fashion. All the way through they have been approachable and easy to deal with. A good shout if you need conveyancing done and want it to be pleasant. I can’t speak for the other departments in the firm, but this one is a breath of fresh air.
