PoA registration
We were told elsewhere that a longstanding PoA required registration with the OPG.
We consulted Emma Clarke and she was able to explain the requirements and to help us with the procedure.

Großartige Unterstützung in einer schwierigen Zeit
Als mein Schwager in England vor 3 Jahren verstarb, standen wir vor der für uns völlig neuen Aufgabe, eine Erbangelegenheit im vereinigten Königreich regeln zu müssen. Über einen Freund in Chelmsford kam ich mit Birkett Long in Person von Emma Clarke in Kontakt und Emma übernahm sofort die Aufgabe, uns gegenüber allen Stellen zu vertreten.
Emma regelte alle Angelegenheiten juristischer, steuerlicher und finanzieller Art bis hin zur Veräußerung einer Wohnung in London zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Zusammenarbeit war großartig - wir wissen nicht, wie wir die Sache ohne die Unterstützung von Emma regeln hätten sollen.

My will
Easy process with Emma and the team, even with some moving parts during the changes and meetings.
