This is the second occasion I have had reason to deal with Alan Lewis.
I am a senior Managing Director in a significant multi-billion pounds revenue business.
I became the subject of victimisation after making a disclosure of a whistleblowing nature and subsequently finding myself in the crosshairs of an investigation.
All's well that ends well. Alan, as previously, was capable, efficient and help me to achieve a balanced outcome. He is extremely knowledgeable but also carries the humanity some lawyers don't possess. He is also very flexible, thinking nothing of spending time both in evenings and weekends working my case. Alan Lewis expertly navigated a tricky settlement to maximise comp.
From the moment this landed in Alan's inbox, the way in which he dealt with this matter (redundancy / settlement agreement) along with his communication was excellent. He expertly guided me through every step of the process and managed to attain generous compensation through a tricky negotiation process. As an Associate Partner in a rapidly growing Management Consulting firm, my contractual agreements spanned multiple documents including employment agreement, restrictive covenants, share options etc. Alan meticulously examined all documents and was able to build a case that not only allowed me attain maximum compensation, but was also able to remove restrictive covenants and extend certain benefits that would have otherwise been lost.

Protective award claim

Unfair dismissal claim sorted in less than 2 weeks

I can say this as he chats so easily with you that you feel totally comfortable.
Offered professional advice no hidden agendas.
Told me what he would do, he did it and I had the Hr ( opposition for the employer who was instructed to act for them)
Sent a pre settlement before the end of the day.
Don’t get me wrong I had a gross injustice, however Alan just used his experience.

Highly Recommend
Though no-one ever hopes to need to use an employment solicitor I am very glad I was referred to Alan. He has been sensitive and kind throughout our many conversations.
