Paul is a Partner at the firm, joining BWL in 1997. He is head of the Litigation Team and specialises in litigation, dispute resolution, contentious probate and personal injury law. Originally educated in Swansea, Paul attended the Law School at the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth where he completed his Law Degree (attaining a 2:1), before moving to the College of Law, Chester to complete his academic training. He qualified as a Solicitor of the Superior Courts of England and Wales in 1993. Paul deals primarily with Claimant based work, but also manages a number of Defence claims in the Courts. Paul’s caseload is varied and includes: serious and high value personal injury actions, professional negligence claims, building/construction disputes, contentious probate actions and boundary disputes. Paul enjoys travelling as much as work allows, keeping fit at the LC and spending quality time with his partner and family.
