I am a legal director in the Real Estate group. I advise clients – predominantly housebuilders and housing associations – on residential development setup and plot sale processes and procedures. I am approachable, friendly, willing to help and assist where necessary. One existing client said to me “we like to instruct you, because if you say you will do something then you will!”.
