Conveyancing for house move
We used Sills & Betteridge for the conveyancing of our recent house move. We found Jessica and her team very professional and friendly to communicate with. There were a few snags along the way and the process seemed to take a while but the problems were dealt with efficiently by Jessica.
I would recommend Sills & Betteridge and would definitely use them again.

Conveyancer Service
This was the first we have moved House and one thing I've learnt is that you do need a good solicitor. Jessica and Jo were very helpful and understanding and while they have a job to do, we also must make sure our information is honest and correct so these guys can act upon issues as quickly as possible. We would 100% use these again and it is worth bearing in mind that nothing can really stop the stress, but these cushioned it well...
Again, we would like to say thanks and well done, we are now in our new home and loving it.

Conveyancing Service, Sale of Land

House buying in lockdown
The main reason I chose Sills and Betteridge apart from I new their reputation was good is that during lockdown I felt they were there to help 100% and didn’t hide behind the ‘we are working from home ‘ excuse and put their efforts into ensuring their reputation didn’t drop, great job well done Jessica and Tiffany.
