Anyone who is going through a divorce will understand the importance of having the right solicitor in your corner ! I can not speak highly enough of Mark Vandaele he is the very best solicitor you could have .
He really does care , he listens to you and will spend time explaining things clearly . He will be completely honest with you .
As a woman I came to the point of believing that there was no way forward for me , I was so wrong Mark took on my case and fought my side .

Excellent family law
I was given Mr vandaele’s number through a friend who has used his services for many years and I can honestly say he was amazing throughout what was a very stressful time in my life . His advise and knowledge was second to none would highly recommend .

Family law advice and guidance

Extremely poor service , Mark promised everything & delivered nothing
overpriced , poor communication, my position statement was not even presented during the case to my extreme financial detriment.

Family Law - School Arrangements (Specific Order Issue)
I approached George Green after being referred by a work colleague (specifically to Mark) in relation to a Family Law matter. I wanted to change my daughters school in order to improve her welfare. I originally represented myself at the first hearing but immediately recognised the need for a solicitor. When speaking to Mark as well as other members of the George Green representatives, it was clear that they wanted to understand the reasons for my court application and showed great empathy towards the situation. They immediately recognised my reasoning and were clear in what steps I should take next.
I cannot fault, the guidance, the knowledge and the professionalism of Mark and his team throughout the court process and would not hesitate to use Mark or George Green again.

From our first meeting Mark was reassuring and informative . He was professional and straight talking in his approach which, along with his ability to listen and show understanding, was a key factor with my choice of solicitor.

Excellent, heartfelt help
Mark Vandaele was a breath of fresh air in terms of my interactions with family solicitors.
His strategy and efficient yet friendly manner were excellent value for money, in my opinion.
I could not fault any of my experiences with any of the staff at George Green.

Financial settlement
I can only give my personal opinion and having spent close to £20,000 without even going to a final hearing I feel the the opening proposal put to the judge by Mark made the judge angry. In court I.M.O. we got slaughtered by my ex wife's legal team. Overall I am sorry to say I was not impressed with Mark. I was told my ex wife's solicitor said my solicitor (Mark) was rubbish on the day. If you are reasonably intelligent I suggest representing yourself in court at the financial resolution hearing, it will save you close to £20,000 compared with using George Green !
