I never thought I would need a lawyer in my life. I have lived through difficult and stressful months, but I have found fundamental support on a professional and human level in my two lawyers, Ria Ashcroft and Ravi Thatai.

Five stars review
I would like to say a big thank you to Holborn Adams, Geena and Ravi. It has been an exceptionally difficult last 1.5 years for me and my family. However, I have received a better-than-hoped for result at the end (12 months suspended sentence) due to the excellent and professional service by Geena and Ravi. They both have gone above and beyond with their communication, advice, guidance and long working hours to get me to the best possible outcome. Geena in particular has been exceptional. I do know that without Holborn Adams there would be a very different ending to the nightmare I had been living for the last 18 months. I am so pleased that me and my wife can move on now with our lives and enjoy growing up our two beautiful daughters together.

Pre-charge stage
So far, throughout the pre-charge stage, my impression of the team couldn't be higher. From my initial call with Andrew I was told very clearly what the process would look like. The assigned team of Ravi, Katie, and Charlotte have got to know me incredibly well and treat me with respect and compassion at all times. Their availability and generosity with their time is impressive and reassuring.
Along the way they have achieved 2 major bail variations which have significantly improved my life.
They advise me as solicitors, and also treat me as a friend. I look toward the eventual outcome of my case, fully satisfied that the whole team work with me in such close quarters that they represent me fully and accurately and hence are able to put forward the most compelling case possible.

Ravi Thatai
Ravi Thatai was everything we looked for: always on top of everything, transparent, and provided weekly updates, even if nothing had changed.
He drafted and finalised brilliant pre-charge representations which led to a NFA, effectively drawing attention to detail to the part of law which my case excelled in. Being in such a tough position, it was amazing to have a great lawyer to take my mind away from the case, knowing that i am in capable hands. He was very understanding and empathetic, and got to know me as a person before starting any legal proceedings.
Would 100% recommend him as a lawyer, having a case turn my life upside down, he flipped it back to let me keep living.

Excellence personified
I was accused of historical assault which devastated my life & family.
Andrew Ford and Ravi Thatai were simply fantastic in every possible way, as having never experienced legal issues, they spent a massive amount of time listening, advising, explaining everything to both me and my family, leaving us reassured my case was being sensitivity handled, and left no stone unturned preparing my defence.
Ravi Thatai spent 3 days at our home to learn the details and explained all that stood before me.
At trial, both Andrew Ford & Ravi Thatai were consummate professionals making the most difficult time of my life bearable.
Their advice, guidance and considerable patience with me ( stressed like never before) allowed the correct, right and proper result for me.
