Rebecca Curcher supported with the purchase of our property - she was helpful, and quick to respond to messages. She did as required, and asked additional questions of the sellers that we hadn't thought of. The team that supported while Rebecca out of office were great too.
Found it really helpful that the office is open Saturdays, and that the staff there will witness documents being signed.

The most smooth journey
I was very apprehensive due to the horror stories people tell about Solicitors during the house buying process.
Myself and my partner were purchasing our first home and I cannot thank Rebecca and the team more. The process was so quick and smooth, we never had to chase anything. The report we received was so in depth and nicely laid out, which really helped considering my partner and I haven’t done this before. We will definitely use Stephen Rimmer LLP again in the future.

Excellent conveyancing service
Working with Rebecca Curcher was a pleasure from start to finish. Questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. I was able to talk to Rebecca when I had concerns and she was happy to listen to my ramblings and willing to answer any questions. Rebecca was reliable, efficient, thorough, flexible and thoughtful.
Her assistant Suzanna was also extremely helpful, fully informed of the case and able to answer any questions if Rebecca wasn't immediately available. She was also a pleasure to deal with.
In early December my onward purchase fell through. I found another property, vacant possession and wanted to move quickly (so as not to jeopardise my own sale). Rebecca responded immediately and with her help we moved from viewing to exchange in around 12 days which is quite extraordinary.
I have recommended Rebecca to 2 of my friends who are moving house and will continue to do so.
In a very stressful situation her willingness to be available to chat things through made a big difference to the whole procedure.

Property transaction sales
It was a great experience for me to appoint Stephen Rimmmer LLP and Rebecca as my property sales solicitors. Great value
Had the usual nonsense from our estate agents that we had to use their conveyancing solicitors, but after having had a great experience with Stephen Rimmer for probate services we decided to use them instead. Very smooth experience from start to finish and they stuck to their original quote. Would definitely recommend.
