Rebecca Curcher supported with the purchase of our property - she was helpful, and quick to respond to messages. She did as required, and asked additional questions of the sellers that we hadn't thought of. The team that supported while Rebecca out of office were great too.
Found it really helpful that the office is open Saturdays, and that the staff there will witness documents being signed.

This is the second time I have used Rebecca. I can not recommend her any higher. Good communication, always at the end of a phone for a reassuring chat. Rebecca got us over the line in time before the stamp duty increased. Brilliant service.

Clear and efficient
Rebecca acted to extend the lease on my flat, along with several other flats in the same building.
The process was simple and as quick as possible. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Job done!
Rebecca did a great job for me with the purchase of a shared ownership flat, which seemed. a little complicated at times due to the number of people involved in in the transaction! However she went 'above and beyond' and was able to get completion in the timeframe required!
I am very grateful to her, and would always recommend her.

Rebecca was brilliant throughout. I can't recommend her enough.

Sale of house

Ok but paperwork lost
Rebecca herself was very efficient and a good solicitor. As a company there is room for improvement, I posted by hand my contract with my personal details and bank account details on and they were lost. They didn’t seem to bothered and I had to lose half a days wages to leave work early to go and sign them again at their office. As far as I’m aware they never found my documents so not great they are floating around somewhere with all my information.
Called a couple of times about different things was told I would receive a call back and never did.
