Redundancy financial settlement agreement
This legal practice was recommended to me by my Financial Adviser to manage a separate matter and so I contacted them speculatively regarding this particular issue.
My enquiry was passed on very promptly and responded to equally quickly. This was followed up quickly with an initial meeting with a paralegal and subsequently with the solicitor specialising in these matters.
She gathered all my pertinent employment details and wrote to my employer achieving an increase in the initial Settlement offered of over 13% without any push-back from my employer - this was more than I was expecting and very gratefully received.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone for this type of employment law matter.

Redundancy Settlement Agreement

Redundancy settlement
After a recent company restructure and subsequent illegal redundancy offer, B&A were able to pursue my full pay and benefits package and eventually come to a satisfactory conclusion and settlement. From the very first day of explaining the situation to my solicitor, the whole process was smooth and painless on my part, and all agreements were signed off within 8 days.

Company settlement agreed
I was recently made redundant by my company after 35 years and they originally offered a statutory package and basic salary well below my service and contract entitlement and ask that I sign a settlement not to ever come back to waive any future claims against the company. However, after consulting Bryan and Armstrong to challenge the offer and include all other employee and contractual benefits, I was able to get further payments and any monies due in a relatively quick and painless period.
I would definitely recommend B&A for any employment matters should I ever be in the unfortunate position again.
