I received the worst service from Tracey Lowe. She is incredibly unprofessional both verbally and in her written communication to myself and to the other party. She has given me very poor advice meaning I have incurred extra legal costs as I was advised not to settle before it went to court, which has meant I am now actually receiving less than I was originally offered. I would not recommend! Pay more and get a better solicitor who gives credible advice.
