Martina was amazing!
We used Martina at Latham & Co for our house sale & purchase.
Form our initial conversation Martina was a pleasure to deal and this continued throughout the whole process, she offered guidance and advice when needed and always kept us updated.
Even during some issues Martina kept pushing for resolution and acted in our best interests at all times.
I’d also like to give a mention to Nelly too, as whilst Martina was on annual leave she took over our sale/purchase to ensure there were no delays to our proposed completion date, Nelly was also a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service for first time buyers
My partner and I bought our first home with the help of Martina from Latham and Co and she was amazing. She ensured that the process was clear to us and kept us informed every step of the way, making it as stress-free and smooth as buying a house can possible be. She ensured that we had all the paperwork and answered any queries we had quickly. She made us aware of anything that was a concern or issue, identifying a few things that we would not have known about without her advice, and got the estate agents and sellers to sort out everything that we needed. Everything was completed fine and we are very happy in our home.
Overall she was very helpful, informative, and patient with us as first time buyers. Would highly recommend her and Latham for anyone buying their first house. Really great experience and we are very grateful for her expertise and help!
