Excellent service for first time buyers
My partner and I bought our first home with the help of Martina from Latham and Co and she was amazing. She ensured that the process was clear to us and kept us informed every step of the way, making it as stress-free and smooth as buying a house can possible be. She ensured that we had all the paperwork and answered any queries we had quickly. She made us aware of anything that was a concern or issue, identifying a few things that we would not have known about without her advice, and got the estate agents and sellers to sort out everything that we needed. Everything was completed fine and we are very happy in our home.
Overall she was very helpful, informative, and patient with us as first time buyers. Would highly recommend her and Latham for anyone buying their first house. Really great experience and we are very grateful for her expertise and help!

Martina was excellent throughly, particularly towards the end when there were delays elsewhere in the chain. She continued to proactively address the issues and communicate with me. House Sale
I hadn’t used Latham & Co before but my mum had. So when it came to sell her house I decided to use Latham's as my mum was fully satisfied with their service.
I can confirm that the service received from Latham's and particularly Martina and Ann was superb at every stage of the process.
