Samantha specialises in Wills, Probate, Court of Protection and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Samantha joined Graham Evans and Partners Solicitors in September 2020 as an experienced Legal Executive with over 15 years’ experience of Wills, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. Samantha graduated from the University of Glamorgan in 2004 after successfully completing her Law Degree and Legal Practice Course. After years of practical experience Samantha qualified as a Legal executive in 2014. Following obtaining her Degree and LPC qualification Samantha joined Hugh James Solicitors in Cardiff, where she provided advice to high net worth clients in relation to their Wills and Powers of Attorney. Samantha moved to Swansea firm JCP Solicitors in 2007 where she spent 8 years in the Wills and Probate department. Samantha qualified as a Legal Executive in 2014 and now specialises in: Wills Inheritance Tax Planning Lasting Powers of Attorney Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney Court of Protection Applications Administration of Estates Samantha is also recognised as a dementia friend.
