Hayley looked after conveyancing for me earlier this year. I was living in Thailand but communication was great and she got the job done. House conveyance
Elisabeth was very professional and understanding throughout the whole process which from my view was far from straightforward. When Elisabeth was asked for advice outside of her conveyancing remit she always replied after consulting with her colleagues, this was extremely helpful as I found myself in a very difficult situation at the time.

Excellent solicitor
I guess buying a house is always a very tricky experience. Mine was, but Elisabeth helped me with everything she could to get it done.
Communication was excellent, Elisabeth would keep posted all the time, and she replied to all my emails and calls super fast.
Elisabeth organisation was also really good. She requested documents in a very organized way and also she sent me summaries of everything with all the copies by post and email. She made it very easy for me understand the process and made it less haunting. I am extremely satisfied with the support I received from Elisabeth.

Competitively priced and efficient
I was fortunate to have Elisabeth as my Conveyancer. She kept me updated on progress and explained simply any technicalities I should be aware of regards the conveyancing process.
Enquiries were never a problem and prompt replies were received. The office based in Loughborough being local to me made it easier to pass on paperwork and the staff there were equally helpful.

Good experience with conveyancing
I recently completed the purchase of a house in England while living overseas. It took a few months to complete due to some negotiations on the inclusion of items and complications with the property, but my solicitor handled it all efficiently. We communicated mostly by email with the occasional phone call. The service was clear and straightforward and the upfront estimate of costs was realistic. The only unanticipated expenses were fairly minor, to do with a specific issue with wastewater management at the property, not something that could realistically have been predicted by the solicitor.

Assessment of Moss Solicitors
I and my wife employed Moss Solicitors in the process to sell my Dad's house which had been let out to various tenants since his death.
The office was in Loughborough with easy free parking nearby.
