Arun joined Lawsmith Solicitors in 2022. He has been a solicitor since 2009 and has been practicing in Litigation and Immigration matters since then. He is a solution-driven Lawyer with over 13 years of post-qualified experience in the UK as a Solicitor providing wide range of strategic legal advice to individual clients and companies based in the UK. He is a dual qualified Lawyer having qualified in India (Advocate) in the year 2001 and at the Senior Courts of England and Wales Jurisdiction. He has been continuously practising in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He has significant level of experience in acting for clients in a broad range of practice areas within litigation, including representing individuals and businesses in relation to Seizure and Freezing Orders since their inception and we have considerable experience in dealing with all law enforcement agencies Arun has challenged Secretary of State’s decisions in matters relating to post-conviction deportation, unlawful detention, removal decisions, delays, nationality matters, failure to apply policies, fresh claims, and challenging entry clearance refusals.
