Having worked at multiple firms, including in the City, he has developed a strong background in modernising and streamlining legal practices. As Practice Manager at Crown Law Solicitors, Alex oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations, including IT, accounts, compliance, HR, and administration. Drawing on his experience from city firms, he brings a strategic and efficient approach to firm management, ensuring smooth operations while supporting fee earners and staff across departments. Alex is the primary point of contact for staff, clients, and suppliers, playing a key role in maintaining the firm’s strong reputation and driving its continued growth.
