Jas qualified as a solicitor in 2010, and joined Moss Solicitors in March 2020, having previously worked in a well-known firm in Nottingham. Throughout her career, Jas has focussed on Dispute Resolution and has considerable experience in dealing with a broad range of disputes. Jas often advises both small businesses and private clients, in relation to County Court claims worth up to £10,000, in the Small Claims Track, through to more complex claims over £25,000, in the Multi-Track. Jas also specialises in matters such as contract disputes, neighbour disputes, landlord and tenant issues, such as recovering possession of residential and commercial properties, contentious probate matters, along with debt recovery and enforcement action. Jas has a particular interest in Intervenor’s claims in Financial Remedy Proceedings, and disputes between co-owners of property, helping them to realise their interests. Jas combines her personable and pragmatic approach when providing advice to clients, often seeking to settle matters through Alternative Dispute Resolution, without the need to instigate County Court proceedings. In her spare time, Jas enjoys keeping fit by doing 5K runs, along with practising yoga.
