I'd kept meaning to make a will but the thought of having to sort through and read masses of documents meant I kept delaying. Then suddenly I needed to go into hospital for major surgery and realised I needed to get my will written.
I went for an appointment on the Friday with Terrie Ross and was surprised how straightforward and easy she made the conversation, covering everything I'd thought of and clearly explaining the important things that hadn't occurred to me. After just an hour, the outline of my will was done.
When she then discovered that my operation was the following Wednesday, she worked to move her schedule around to the point that my will was finished and ready for signature on the Tuesday. I was amazed how quick and efficient she and her team were, it was above and beyond anything I was expecting.
I'm extremely pleased with the service Terrie provided, it was clear, friendly and flexible. I doubt if I could have got such speed and efficiency elsewhere.

i and my co-executors felt the need sometimes to chase up a review of progress. The timescale given by the solicitors was often exceeded. think £75 + VAT for a home visit is a bit steep. i am 89 years old and cant get to your office without transport
