Thank you Heather
I can't recommend McAlister Family Law enough. From my initial meeting with Amanda, and then throughout my case with Heather, I have felt in extremely safe hands. Heather was brilliant. She is friendly, professional, and diligent. She also has second to none attention to detail! Clear and helpful

Couldn't be more satisfied with the service
I cannot praise the care and attention to detail exhibited by Heather Lucy throughout the process of my settlement. She gave me very clear advice, made me aware of my options and my obligations. HMCTs were a little inefficient but Heather kept on at them so that my case was resolved in the most efficient manner for all, saving both parties a lot of unnecessary stress and saving HMCTs a lot of time. Whilst I hope never to need McAllister's services again, I would not hesitate before recommending McAllister and in particular, Heather, to a friend or colleague in need of clear and helpful advice. First Class.

Excellent and supportive.
Heather Lucy handled my case which has taken well over 12 months now. She is knowledgable, professional, friendly and understood my situation every step of the way. Dealing with an unco-operative ex husband has been more than difficult, but Heather knew exactly what to do.

Heather Lucy has been phenomenal
It can feel awkward and strange telling a complete stranger the finer details of a personal or family situation, however with Heather and the whole team I have been met with nothing but understanding, compassion and most importantly action.
Heather and her team have worked tirelessly on my case and secured a resolution on my behalf. Heather was the only solicitor I spoke to who I felt was truly on my side and that is why I picked her, and my faith in her was well placed.

Financial and divorce proceedings
I initially instructed Amanda McAlister who gave me a clear focus and options during a very difficult time in my life when everything was falling apart and I felt like I had no choices about my future. I needed her objectivity and encouragement to set me on the right path
Thereafter I worked with Heather Lucy, who at the time was a qualified solicitor. Heather was wise beyond her years post qualification and always went above and beyond to reassure me that my case was progressing in the right way. She has a great personal touch, which client’s need when they find themselves going through this type of life changing event. Heather didn’t push her point too much and worked with me, which is important as people going through a divorce often feel a lack of control on their life, and Heather provided a nice balance of listening to my needs and requirements and providing the legal advice and execution of the same to an extremely height standard.

Divorce Proceedings- Heather Lucy
I chose McAlister Family Law after reading reviews online. After an initial conversation with Heather Lucy who was the solicitor assigned to my case, I felt confident that I was in safe hands.
My now ex husband resided in another country, I didn't know where to start with dealing with international divorce proceedings and was finding it overwhelming. Heather was so patient and guided me through each step of the process. She was reassuring, kind, understanding and I felt supported both professionally and emotionally throughout.
Heather updated me when there was progress on my case and was more than happy to discuss and explain any questions that I had (which was quite a few!).
Heather was a great listener; as an expert in her field she advised me and was very efficient. She also ensured that my personal outcomes with how I wanted to approach this sensitive situation were carried out to the best of her ability which I am very grateful for.
